This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which memberships with Eternal Care Lebanon (“Company”, “we”, “our”) may be canceled.

1. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us or through their account (if available).

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Access to services will remain active until the end of the paid period.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Eternal Care Lebanon are non-refundable.

• This includes partial billing periods

• Unused time within a billing cycle

• Voluntary cancellations

By subscribing, members acknowledge that they are paying for ongoing service availability and readiness, not only for immediate use.

3. Effect of Cancellation

Once a membership is canceled:

• The Company has no obligation to provide any funeral services

• All service rights and benefits are terminated after the billing period ends

• Any future requests will require a new enrollment

4. Missed Payments & Automatic Cancellation

If a payment is missed or fails:

• Membership may be automatically suspended or canceled

• Services will not be provided during inactive periods

• The Company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inactive membership

5. Reinstatement

• Membership may be reinstated at the Company’s discretion

• A waiting period may apply before services are reactivated

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Eternal Care Lebanon may, at its sole discretion, review requests for exceptions. However, approval is not guaranteed.
