Welcome to Eternal Care Lebanon (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling in our services, you (“Client”, “Member”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Service (Important Notice)

Eternal Care Lebanon provides a subscription-based funeral arrangement and coordination service.

We are not an insurance company.
This service is not insurance, not a financial product, and does not provide any monetary payout.

Our role is to organize and deliver funeral-related services upon the passing of an active member, according to the selected plan.

2. Membership & Payments

• Membership is billed on a monthly basis.

• Payments must be made in advance to maintain active status.

• If a payment is missed, the membership may be suspended or canceled.

• Services are only guaranteed when the account is active and fully paid.

3. Activation & Waiting Period

• Membership becomes active only after successful registration and payment confirmation.

• The Company reserves the right to apply a waiting period (e.g., 30 days) before full eligibility.

4. Scope of Services

Services vary depending on the selected plan and may include:

• Funeral coordination

• Transportation arrangements

• Coffin provision

• Documentation and paperwork assistance

Eternal Care Lebanon reserves the right to provide equivalent alternatives when necessary due to availability or circumstances.

5. Geographic Coverage

• Services are provided within Lebanon.

• Requests outside the service area may incur additional fees or may not be fulfilled.

6. Additional Costs

• Any services not included in the selected plan will be charged separately.

• Special requests (religious, cultural, or personal) will be accommodated where possible but may involve extra costs.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Clients are responsible for informing their family or next of kin about their membership.

• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, missing, or delayed information.

8. Cancellation & Termination

• Clients may cancel their membership at any time.

• All payments made are non-refundable, unless required by law.

• Upon cancellation, the Company has no obligation to provide services.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Company will perform services with professional care and diligence.

• However, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by hospitals, authorities, or third parties

  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)

• Total liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.

10. No Guarantee or Financial Coverage

• This service does not guarantee full coverage of all funeral expenses.

• It does not provide financial compensation or reimbursement.

• Services are limited strictly to what is outlined in the selected plan.

11. Modifications

Eternal Care Lebanon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
